Captain Falcon Unofficial Super Smash Bros. Brawl Debut!
FatalMatt from Wifileague has hypothesized that Captain Falcon from the original F-Zero series and Super Smash Bros. veteran will return for Super Smash Bros. Brawl. How you may ask? here is his explanation.
- Go to http://smashbros.com
- Find the character icon/emblem image (top left corner of any character blog entry; I’m going to use Zelda)
- Right Click > Properties
- Copy the image url and paste the image url in your address bar, hit the enter key.
- You should get the Triforce from the Legend of Zelda series show up (May be different depending on what character you chose)
- Now notice the address bar link, which in my case is ‘http://smashbros.com/en_us/images/icon/world_b_09.gif’
- Change the ’09′ to an ’05′
You should notice the Captain Falcon’s F-Zero icon/emblem

It was used for the Samurai Goroh Assist Trophy, but I think Captain Falcon still has a good chance. It wouldn’t make sense to use that icon just for Samurai Goroh.

If Falcon does get in, He better look like he did in GX, which was his best sprite(Man I wish Fox looked like he did in Adventures, which was his best sprite……..oh well. xP).
Obviously, that icon was used for the Samurai Goroh assist trophy, this doesn’t show anything.
You could have looked at the Samurai Goroh update and found that in about 2 seconds.

I’m still not getting my hopes up over this, but it is certainly something I’ve been thinking about for a while now. We know the F-Zero series is in, that is all.

It doesn’t mean anything. The icon is from the Samurai Gorah Assist Trophy update. So Caption Falcon has to be in. Why wouldn’t he be in?

try it with some other characters. Some have the SSBB symbol, not their own.
mmm , this post is right , because there are other AT that were without any simbol , with the exception of those who had characters from their series as playable
uh, ino, the animal crossing symbol was used for smashville.
people notice the with ATs some have a game icon and some have smash bros logo. any assist w/ a game logo and not ssb logo means that series will have a character from it. duh..
Uh Pika someone gave away the fact that a person from Animal Crossing will be playable. De de de!!!!

actually if any of u have played onimusha blade warriors (a very underated but good game) megaman and zero were both fighters and pretty damn good ones with both being the battlenetwork type and the main weapons being a sword

this might actually prove something, all the assist trophys that are based off of the playable characters in the game have an icon, Resseti is an exception, but there is an animal crossing stage, so he is aloud to have an icon. Of course, this still doesn’t prove Falcon will be in the game, it might just mean that the game will have an FZero stage, which would piss me off
1 Captain Falcon will be a secret character like inthe original or 2 an assist Trophy.God I hope it is #1!

falcon is in brawl he has too, he is as important as mario in this serie…
some people say that we see him on the preview of the adventure mode (the subsomething)..
AC symbol is for the assist trophy and the stage, but maybe for a character too like the prima list said… so if it’s for character toom it should be the same thing 4 falcon
I can confirm that I will be in this game.
I was a secret character in the first game. I was a returning fighter in melee and had 2 normal stages plus my own adventure level.

BUT it wouldn’t make sense to put in Samurai Goroh and not put Captain Falcon, a more important character to the series.
