Smash Bros DOJO!! Update: Items from Previous Installments
A number of items from past Smash games appear in this one as well. But, of course, there are naturally many people who have never played any of those games. And even if you have, I still think I ought to explain these.
It’s not all of them, but I would like to introduce a few.
<Beam Sword>
It is a blade of light—the Beam Sword.
This time it gets REALLY long!
<Fire Flower>
Hold down the button to release a fire burst!
<Freezie>
Throw it at someone to freeze them.
<Home-Run Bat>
Do a side-smash to hit a home run!
This time, everyone has a different stance.
<Party Ball>
Items pour out from inside.
<Super Mushroom>
When you get the mushroom…
You become gigantic!
These are just some of the items that intensify the slapstick nature of this game. You must master them all!
I am not much of an item user so this can’t get to me excited, but it still an okay update
Is there a pink Beam Sword there? I think I saw one. Link was holding it. Anyway pretty good update.

I’m glad that Sakurai is finally acknowledging the returning items from past games! We also have a new item to wonder about (the clock/timer in that came out of the party ball).
ya i wonder wat the timer/clock thing does. perhaps it stops time??
Man, the Beam Sword looks awesome. XD It was always my personal favorite weapon.
Anyway, I’m glad to see that there will be some older items in the game. ^_^ And I wonder what that clock was that came out of the Party Ball…
The Beam Sword is back! It is little weak after some uses.
I finally got on , A bit "MEH" To start the week off but still a very good update <_< (Even through we already knew a lot of it X_X Still was good.)
Awesome, my favorite weapon the beam sword is more powerful than the last time, but I already knew that.
Nice, but after a while it seems kinda boring to use items all the time. I don’t use items in Melee anymore. But I can say that I will use the items in Brawl more cuz there is more. lol
I hope Ninja Gaidan or Scorpion is in Brawl that would be cool!
