IGN Reviews Mega Man 9

Mega Man 9 receives a worthy score of 8.6 out of 10 from IGN reviewer Mark Bozon. Keep in mind he specifically mentions that this game is quite possibly the “…only game out there where a low graphics score is a compliment“.
