These types of things usually dont make any sense, even if you Do know what the words mean. Usually because the Writer thinks that "Intelligent vocabulary" is a good substitute for real intelligence.
Pretty much this. The vocabulary and figures of speech were designed to make uneducated readers give up believing it's really intelligent. However, the wall of text itself isn't very coherent. How it comes from a generator, it's mainly composed of generic and broad statements. So, it's pretty basic and barely exerts any reasoning.
