If anyone remembers my old Flash rosters, well this is the prototype of the final incarnation, SSB4 prediction roster. I am making it as time permits, but this is the tentative roster that I might be using. Only things I am missing is witty profiles, relevant games for each character and Movesets. (A moves mainly.)

Note, when I say costumes, I mean they can be new outfits for a particular character, or they can be a new character altogether. Think of how people see Peach and Daisy to see how I am justifying it.

-I added no new mario characters besides K rool because with all that is above (most being directly related to the mario series), I decided to expand all the other franchises more. The reason why I put Dixie with Diddy in a partner combo is because I am trying to emulate the old Donkey Kong Country Games in a way. Dixie has never really appeared by her self (excpet for DKC3). She is usually with Diddy. Because of the DKC mechanics of switching between kongs, and their interaction, I thought it would make an interesting character.

-This is were alot of people will complain. well, in an effort to bring back all previous characters (The cut characters were Roy [Which I made a costume of Marth], Dr. Mario [Which I made a costume of Mario], Young link [who is now toon link], Mewtwo [Who I added back in] and Pichu [which is on the new trainer.]) Doing as I did brings back everyone from previous games in some way. I put Jigglypuff in the trainer because her popularity is not as it once was (like pichu.). I put Gardivor there (1gen, 2gen, 3gen) to satisfy a pattern and because she is very popular. Also, Pokemon has so many reps because it is an incredibly popular series. Pichu is the only one to have 2 costumes, mainly because they are recolors of each other

I am rethinking this statement. If I decided that Workd Icons need to represent levels than characters, I will remove a certain rep (KK slider) from my list.

Deoxys - He was cut because people say there are to many pokemon. They do have a point, and considering Gardivor is 3rd gen, removing him will not cause a Generation to be ignored. He is going to be an Awesome Pokeball pokemon or something that uses the moveset I made for him.
I added Deoxys because the 3rd Gen needed a rep, and Deoxys was a contender for Brawl.

Nazo no Murasamejo
Takamaru - Cut because of his appearance in Captain Rainbow. He seems to have been put in the AT category because of that cameo.
-Instead of a new zelda rep, I decided to pick someone that is partially related to the zelda series. One may know that Takamaru is from the sister game to the zelda series (like pit is from the sister game of the metroid series.) He needs a revival like Pit

creative license I guess. well, if we have a DS like costume, then a DZZS needs to exist also.
but like I said with Ray 01, I really have no preference with him. I have a fun moveset idea, but nothing else really.

As for pokemon, I do know it is alot.

It is alot, but pokemon has such a rich pool to pull from that it is hard not to go nuts with it. I wanted to try and have every generation have at least one rep, so that is one reason why it is so big.

I wanted to keep all old fighters and bring back all the cut fighters from melee in some way shape or form (as playable.)

You don't need toon link he does pretty much everything link does in the same way. Also get rid of some pokemon you don't need that many. A good idea is the idea of alt. forms for a character. Like links would be toon links.

Anyway make Dark Samus a seperate character, she has more than enough of her own moves to have a different play style.

Well, I am keeping all old reps in. So I cannot remove Toon link. I also want to represent all the Pokemon Generations with at least one rep. Pichu was the only one that supposedly had massive popularity (that was not a Mew like character.)

As for DS, as I said. Ray 01 can be cut.

And add Mr. Disk or Dorin. Just do it.
