Welcome! - Introduction


Hello there! It's me again, FireStriker-10! Now you may remember this thread normally from the Nintendo NSider Forums by "THEKOOPABROS.". Now as you may recall there was a method of PM Notification that would notify you on the next caption contest event. Unfortunately though because of the PM Limit Sending mechanism, it's very difficult for that to become a reality. So instead, there is a new method that was set by me to comfort the needs of those ahead of time. So below, you'll learn how the game is played.





How to Play


It's quite simple really. All you have to do is just give me one good caption for each of the pictures below. Whoever can come up with the best and funniest caption out there for any of the one pictures below will win the pictured caption! In total, there are three pictures you may submit a caption for, in the case where you may only submit one caption for each. To help understand which caption belongs where, i'll need you to follow this quick guideline:

• First put before your caption: "For Picture #1....." or "Picture #2....." or "Picture #3....."
• Next place the caption afterwards.....
• If you need to edit your caption, you may do so only on the final day before the entry deadline

There are add on prizes in this contest for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placer including also Honarble Mentions for whoever wins any of the captions. The following are also a bonus for those who reached the designated position in the contest results! The bonuses are:


- First Place will recieve:
100 Rupees
The Mario Caption First Place Winner Award!
A Signature Add on Prize

- Second Place will recieve:
50 Rupees
A Signature Add on Prize

- Third Place will recieve:
25 Rupees
A Signature Add on Prize


(This will be awarded to only those who placed in their designated position once the Market System has been replaced and the component becomes online along with the availability of rupees)





A Word of Advice


Even if your not good at being funny, just give it a shot. I mean you'll never know until you try. I can also assist you before a contest begins a few days before with something I call FS-10's Hints!. I will pretty much give a small description as a hint that you must see to decipher what game I could be refering to. (Note: It might not always give you the EXACT game title so be careful.) Note: These contests are could be held on anyday around 6:00AM to 11:00PM EST by FireStriker-10. I decide when to pick the winner at what time, these could go on for at least days or weeks, so take your time before submitting a caption entry because you can only submit one, and i'll decide when the time is right to end it. So just give it a try and good luck and have fun with it!





The NEW PM Package!


That's right! It's the return of the PM Packaging system everyone! Now i'm gonna try to spice it up here a bit. What i'm planning on doing is to set up a ChatSpike room for this event. That way, we have our own chat room and the notice of events can be posted there as well. So for any of you interested in getting more information on what i'm going to do for this contest, please PM "FireStriker-10" for more details.

I'll just reply cuz no one replied yet,

Mario: " NUUU! I don't wanna go to the shower room of cleaness, I wanna go to the pipe that will lead me to the room of stinky manure!"

Mario: Wait a minute, this isn't the way to Pismo Beach! I knew I should've taken that left turn at Albuquerque...

Mario: "Wait...why is there a black abyss on that side of the room?"

Nice captions, nice captions... however we need more to participate. Spread the word so this competition may fire up. (No pun intended)

"This is the worst, Disney Theme Park attraction, EVAR!!! DAMN YOU MICKEY MOUSE!!!! *throws a shoe*"

Mario: *sigh* they just don't make levels like they used to...

Okay with 5 entries so far, we have a qualifying contest. One more thing about your entry, if your not satisfied with your entry submitted, you may edit it, (if you don't have this ability yet, then just repost your new one) but you are only given this privilage for that fact that it will not be abused.
