If I understand this correctly, the hack doesn't have anything to do with the site, it's all to do with the PINs you get with games.

LOL he thinks this will make them open forums again. Besides that doesn't make sense since you can't register multiple copies of the same game even with different pins.

Looks like his strategy could technically cause that to happen. He's "guessing" PINs that either have been or will be assigned to copies of games that he doesn't actually own.
