Story
While it is detailed a small bit in the "What is Shy Guy Tale" section, here is an in-depth analysis of what to expect in Shy Guy Tale:
The comic opens on two Shy Guys who begin to innocently travel out into the vast terrain. It is quickly revealed that, with unknown motives, a genius scientist has resolved to kill one of the two, pressuring them into dangerous situations. Meanwhile, the land itself comes into turmoil when would-be gods quarrel amongst each other while demons attempt their own coup. Lost in the whirl of events greater than him, Shi Guy begins to understand his place in the world as well as the strength of the drive behind his motives. Shy Guy Tale is a tale detailing the nature of living beings when life takes control of the being.
What is Shy Guy Tale
Honestly, it's been so long, I hardly know the answer to that myself. Shy Guy Tale is a sprite comic (ick) featuring material created 99.9% by me. I believe that's its first gimmick. The second is that it's based on shy guys, a lowly enemy of the Mario series. The third is the story.
The story and characters (I hear) are quite easy to get into. We begin by watching Shi Guy and Dude Guy learn the ways of voyage in a hostile new world, left out of the major events that will decide everything that has yet to come. Everything is set on a long crash course that will lead to several (like, three) climaxes of three groups who have nothing to do with each other, but everything to do with how we interpret the others.
Unfortunately, Shy Guy Tale is an aged comic. Or at least, I'm an aged writer (and artist). I find myself at odds with much of the old dialogue and a lot of the old backgrounds and comics. If you are a new reader and are interested in the excitement explained above, please understand that the first few, humor driven, comics may not be on par with my latest works and that even in the end my frantic schedule caused me to make several poor dialogue decisions.

Why is this here?
Simply put, the Fan Comics Board is pretty much dead and there have been several cases of people searching for this comic and never finding it (Though some of those were before I put it here). Now, on NS1, Shy Guy Tale was fairly popular on the Mario board. This becomes a problem when people, searching for it, find it nowhere on the Mushroom Kingdom Board, and can't see the Fan Comics Board.

Once upon a time, the Shy Guy Tale world was completely orderly and there was nothing weird about it. Then a few episodes of Shy Guy Tale were posted any sort of order went away. W34v3r and Explosive Guy, escaping the gritty, dangerous world fall into an alternate world governed by a completely different entity. What are the secrets of this world? Well, I have no idea either.
