As most of you are probably aware, the Rupee reset has taken effect. A new Rupee system is now in place and it has been upgraded to work as a system that awards forum activity and participation on ourofficial contests, getting friends signed up on NSider2, spreading the word around the net about NSider2, promoting more gaming discussion on our gaming specific forums, using and ranking up on the upcoming Signature generator, and for playing and using the other NSider2 features like the Arcades, market and Pokemon Ranch.

The bulk of rupees from come from our official contest and daily activities. The NSider2 rupee system now has a monetary value of 5.5 rupees per US cent, this will be adjusted as more data becomes available, allowing you to exchange rupees for real games through our upcoming Market upgrade. The Market feature is currently being upgraded, there is no estimated time to completion at this time.

Please notice Market games and Wiipoints will be limited per month and randomly released during the month at any given time and date, so we don't guarantee that saving enough rupees will secure you a game.

The global search function of the forums has been turn off temporarily, due to a massive "Post your picture" search query, we have instead replaced the search link and redirect it to the famous "Post your picture" thread! Lol.

In all seriousness, the fact is the site is getting more and more activity and eventually we will need to find a faster and better solution than the current forum search function, because this IPB search was not designed for large websites, it's very slow, causes an extra load of queries that in turn slow down the site significantly and it's super inefficient.

Do not worry, we will come up with a better search function in no time, in the meantime we need to turn search off in order to speed up the site.

The official NSider contests have started and with them, the implementation of the NSider awards system. The Award system will be used to award contest winners, arcade high scores, the official Big in NSider Awards and more!

Awards are visible on topic view and on your profile Award tabs.
